He has been Business Angel, Founder or Investor at Conergy AG, Mobiles Fernsehen Deutschland, Lichtblick, Gratenau & Hesselbacher and Xax. He has been non executive Director with Beiersdorf AG, Tesa AG, Sparkasse Bremen Finanzholding, Deutsche Industriebank AG, GEA Group and Heraeus Holding. Dieter started his career as Auditor and was Regional Managing Partner with Arthur Andersen & Co. He earned his degree as Certified Public Accountant and Tax Advisor and studied Economics at the Universities of Kiel, Montpellier and Freiburg.

Pierre is currently executive Chairman of Vesale Pharma, a Belgian company active in developing and marketing probiotics, and of OP Foods. He served with Kraft Foods (now Mondelez), notably as President Europe region, President Europe Chocolate, Vice President Marketing Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Vice President and Area Director France, Benelux & Nordics . He graduated in Management from UC Louvain and earned a Master in Marketing from Vlerick School Gent (both Belgium).

Michel is President of Bellavoine and a non executive Board member of Agrial, 21 Partners, DGF, Kersia, French Food Capital, and a Senior Advisor of Oddo Corporate Banking. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Lactalis and of Bongrain (now Savencia) and as non executive Director of Darty, Vandemoortele, and Limagrain. Michel graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC, Paris, France) and earned a General Management degree from INSEAD-CEDEP (European Centre for Executive Development).

Kostas is Chairman of IELKA the Institute of Retail Consumer Goods, having served as the Chief Executive Officer South East Europe at Delhaize Group and as executive at Mars Inc. He served at the Boards of the Association of Greek Executive Officers, the Association of Food Enterprises, the Hellenic Management Association, the Association of Greek Supermarkets and as a member of FUTURE LEADERS in Greece. In 2010, Kostas named manager of the decade in 2010 and best Retailer in Greece. He holds a BA from University of Piraeus (Greece) and obtained an MBA from Roosevelt University, Chicago (USA). In 2005 was elevated to Officer in the Order of King Leopold II.

Johnny is currently Chairman of Recticel, Corealis, Golazo, Hospital Logistics and a Non Executive Board Member at H.Essers. He served as Chief Executive Officer of bpost SA/NV, as CEO Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa at Interbrew (now ABInBev) and as CEO of Ter Beke, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Spadel SA, Betafence and as Non Executive Director on the boards of AholdDelhaize, Delhaize Group, Fromageries Bel and Ghelamco. Johnny earned a degree in Commercial Sciences and obtained a degree in Business Engineering, both from the University of Limburg (Belgium).

Gauthier served with InBev as Senior VP Strategy & Business Development in charge of global M&A and as Head of the France-Netherlands-Spain Business Unit. He worked with Veolia, with FMCG group Artal and as consultant with Genrho and Strategic Planning Associates, and served on the Board of Efes Breweries International (Istanbul & Amsterdam) and Sedlmayr Gruppe (München). He read Law and Economics at UCL (Belgium), earned the INSEAD International Directors Governance Certificate, and attended executive programmes at Stanford Business School and IMD (Lausanne).

A long time Eiger Ventures Associate, Benoît is the Founder of Sterna Conseil, an independent strategy and development advisory firm aimed at supporting SMEs. He was previously in charge of Strategy & Development with Atalante Energies, an independent wind power producer part of the family-owned Treïs Group. He worked as Senior Investment Manager with BeCapital (a European sustainability-focused private equity firm and Cobepa affiliate), where he served as non executive Board Member with the fund’s largest investment Laboratories Goëmar, having started his career with Banque de Vizille (now CM-CIC Capital Finance). Benoît graduated from EM Lyon and earned an MBA from INSEAD.

Nastassia served as Manager with AD Little and as Portfolio & Performance Manager with SNCB, Belgium's rail operator, co-ordinating the gropup's change programme. She founded and led Gumuchian Europe, having started her career with The Boston Consulting Group. She earned a Master of Engineering in Electricity from ULB (Belgium).

Harm most recently served with ABInBev successively as Country Director Germany and The Netherlands, having previously been Director Business Control and Director Commercial Control (both roles for the BeNeFraLux BU), as well as Finance Director The Netherlands and Finance Manager Central & Eastern Europe. He earned a BSc. Business Administration from Utrecht Hogeschool, a MSc. In Business Economics from Maastricht University and a Charted Controller Diploma from Nyenrode Business University all from The Netherlands).

Mihai is currently Chief Operating Officer of Skinny Brands, a UK-based low-calorie beer and cider brand. He served as Director and COO of StarBev and with ABInBev as BU President successively in Central Europe and in Russia, and as Managing Director for Interbrew Romania; he worked as General Sales & Marketing Director for Pepsi-Cola Romania. He is a Diplomat Engineer, Polytechnic Bucharest (Romania) and earned a EMBA from Washington University of Seattle, WA (USA).

Willy served with ABInBev in finance functions, including CFO of InBev Russia and Vice President for BU Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia & Bosnia. He earned a Master in Mechanical Engineering from KUL (Belgium), earned a MBA from Vlerick (Belgium) and attended executive courses at INSEAD and Kellogg.

Petr serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Board Member of Pražská Plynárenská, a. s., one of leading utility enterprises of Czechia. He previously served as General Manager for Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary with Molson Coors Europe, and as General Manager Czechia and Hungary with Starbev. In Czechia, Petr led sales roles with Interbrew, and was Plant Manager and Head Brewer with Bass Brewers. Marko is the Chief Operating Officer and a Board member of Frank d.d., a leading Croatian consumer goods company specialising in coffee and tea. He previously led the snacks division of Atlantic Grupa in Belgrade, served as Regional President, General Manager and Marketing Director for several Molson Coord breweries in South East Europe, having worked as Key Account Manager and Marketing Manager for leading breweries and dairy companies in Croatia. He earned an MBA and a Master in Economics, both from University of Zagreb.

Irina is the founding partner of RULG, a leading Ukrainian legal firm. Irina graduated with high honors from the Kiev State University School of International Law where she also received a Ph.D. in Private International Law. She also holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from George Washington University (USA).

Marzena served as VP Sales and Operations with Kompania Piwowarska S.A., SAB Miller subsidiary in Poland; she worked with Agros Nova as Trade Marketing Director and Branch Director with Leco. Marzena earned a Master in Marketing & Management from Silesian International Business School and read Trade Law at University of Silesia, both in Katowice (Poland).

Danilo served as a Country Lead with Molson Coors in Serbia & Montenegro, having previously worked as Sales & Customer Excellence Director and various commercial and key account management positions in CEE countries.  Currently, Danilo is General Manager of Marera Property Management, a Belgrade-based facility management organization with 1300+ employees. Danilo graduated with honors from State Moscow University, with a major in Industrial Management.

Dan served as Senior Banker with EBRD for over 17 years where he led major investment projects in Romania, Russia, the Balkans and Central Asia. Dan earned a MSc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications at the Polytechnic Institute Bucharest, and studied Corporate Financing at the London Business School.

Ali is Chairman of ATM Int’l Consultancy Inc. He served on the board of Netas AS and worked as departmental head at the Foreign Investment Directorate, as Director of Economic Planning Directorate, as Undersecretary of State Planning Organisation and as Chairman of the EU Coordination Council. He also served as advisor or board member to the KOÇ Group and of the Anadolu Group and subsidiaries thereof. Dr. Tigrel is a graduate of Imperial College of Science, Technology, Medicine and Management and holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering.

Matt served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Star Entertainment, an ASX listed Casino and Hospitality group with 9,000 staff where he directed the reorientation of the business towards hospitality and entertainment revenues. Prior to Star, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer of Tabcorp Holdings, a large diversified operator with interests including gaming and hospitality ventures. For 15 years, Matt was a consultant with McKinsey in Europe, the US, Australia and Asia where at different times he led the Post-Merger Management Practice in Asia and North America, advising on some 80 mergers around the world, and also led the Financial Services Practice in Greater China. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance (summa cum laude) and a Masters in Business Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.

A Founding Partner of Archipelago Asset Management, Nicolas has developed a deep understanding of the business community and workings of Indonesia. BA Political Science & International Relations, University of Sussex (UK).

Luc is the Managing Partner of West Indochina Consulting, the advisory firm he founded to assist companies developing in Myanmar. He served with British American Tobacco (BAT), starting up the group's Myanmar subsidiary. He is Foreign Trade Advisor for Belgium in Myanmar & Thailand, and a Director at the Belgian Luxembourg Thai Chamber of Commerce. He graduated in Business from UC Louvain (Belgium) and holds a MBA from INSEAD.

Gauthier is CEO and co-Founder of Belgian Craft Brewery, a Vietnam-based startup active in beer and retail. Prior to this, he served as National Sales Manager with Annam Fine Foods (Vietnam) and as National Key Account Manager with Mars (Belgium). Gauthier read Law and Economics at Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium).

Marc is Vice President, International for Champagne Armand de Brignac as well as an investor in several craft brewery projects across Asia. Prior to this, he served as the Business Development Manager - Asia for Lion, one of the largest food & beverage companies in Australasia. Marc earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Tuyet specializes in the Vietnamese equity capital market, where she earned experience in both buy-side and sell-side roles with Sacombank Securities and Sarus Capital Management LLC, respectively. She manages investments for a leading Family Office and on behalf of UHNWIs. Tuyet holds a Master of Public Policy from the Fullbright School of Public Policy and Management and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Member of ACCA (UK).

Hein is the Managing Director of Myanmar M&A Consulting, which he founded after serving as Vice President Finance with Unilever Thailand and CFO with Unilever Netherlands. He also serves as non-executive Board Member with Dawn Microfinance Myanmar and as Adviser with Impact Terra. Hein earned a MSc. in Tax Law from Leiden University (Netherlands).

Juan is the Founder and General Manager of Temple DongJingyuan, a historical monument in the center of historical Beijing, for which he received a UNESCO restaurtaion award and that receives 3,000 visitors weekly. He is the founder of China Value Ltd, a consulting firm for financing of important cultural projects with large Chinese entities such as real estate developers, leading e-commerce groups or public and private museums. Over his years in China, he served as Investment Adviser of equity fund CEL Partners, shareholder and board member of GSM Solar, and GM of JPMorgan commercial branches for Northern China. A fluent Mandarin speaker, Juan graduated from Ecole de Commerce Solvay (Brussels, Belgium).

Eric is a part time Faculty at HEC Montréal, delivering programs on Strategy, entrepreneurship and management. Prior to joining HEC Montreal, Eric was a Senior Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group, where he lead the opening of the Montreal office. Eric is a graduate of the Solvay Business School at University of Brussels, holds an MBA from Columbia University and is a Charter Financial Analyst.

John served as President, Diageo Americas Supply, and Head of Global Beer, as well as Operational Excellence Director and Supply Chain Director for Africa, based in Nairobi (Kenya). He held various Executive Supply Chain positions with Diageo in Europe, Americas and Africa and with Interbrew (now ABInbev) in Central Europe, and served as a board member for Guinness Brewing. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Chemistry, from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA from York University, Toronto, both in Canada.

Richard served for over 18 years with ABInBev, most recently as Global Vice President Innovation, having successively worked as Vice President Marketing for North America, for Korea, for Asia and for Russia. Richard read history at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge (UK). He is an Instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.

Christophe is currently the President of CFS Security Consultants, a Canadian company specializing in the design and project management of security related solutions for private corporations, airports and ports, International Institutions and governments. He previously worked with General Electric Security and with Automatic Systems America Inc. in various sales management roles. Christophe earned a MSc. in Law from Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium).

Per served as Group Chief Commercial Officer with Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, having previously worked with InBev as Vice President Global Sales and with PepsiCo and Mars in various commercial and key account management positions in the Nordic countries and Europe. Per earned a Bachelors’ Degree from the London School of Foreign Trade and read at Columbia University, New York (USA).

Ludo served ABInBev, including most recently as Vice President Integration Planning SAB Miller and as Vice President Supply & Logistics Europe. Throughout his career, he led the supply chain due diligence on acquisitions and integration projects globally, and led the planning and implementation of cross-brewing projects. He holds a Master in Industrial Engineering from Industriële Hogeschool Leuven (Belgium), a Brewing & Malting Technology Postgraduate from KU Leuven (Belgium) and a Health & Safety Postgraduate from University of Antwerp (Belgium).

Benoît most recently served as VP Industrial Support and Chief European Brewer with Molson Coors, where he also led the Brewing Operations activities of StarBev across Central Europe. He worked as Brewer and Technical, Process and Quality Development Director with ABInBev, Starbev and Unibra for over 30 years. He earned a MSc. In Natural Applied Sciences (Brewing) and a BSc. Food Industry & Chemistry, both from UCL (Belgium).

Jaak developed a deep operational knowledge of the FMCG and retail industries over a 30+ year career with Colruyt Group, with ABInBev (as President Western Europe BU, as Executive Vice President Central Europe and as MD Belgium), with Univeg (as Business Unit Manager Transport & Logistics) and with Côte d’Or (Jacobs Suchard). He serves as independent Board member with Leonidas. Jaak earned a MSc. in Economics from Antwerp University (Belgium) and a MSci. Marketing from University of Ghent (Belgium).

Andreas served with ABInBev, notably as VP Marketing Western Europe, Marketing Director UK/Ireland, and at InBev Deutschland as Geschäftsführer Marketing & Vertriebsleitung Schweiz & Österreich, Global VP Marketing Becks, Staropramen, Leffe, Hoegaarden. He followed executive management courses at INSEAD, Stanford GSB, Kellogg and Wharton and earned a Diplom Betriebswirt, Internationales Marketing & Aussenwirtschaft from Fachhochschule Bielefeld (Germany).

Jens is co-Founder and Managing Director at Weins & Hoffmann GmbH, a consulting firm based in Hamburg, having served as Supply Director Germany & UK for ABInBev, where he was in charge of 6 breweries and 2100 employees, and as Geschäftsführer ABInBev Deutschland Holding. He previously was Brewery Manager Brauerei Beck & Co in Bremen (Germany), Logistics Director Germany-Austria-Switzerland-Italy-Cuba and Brewery Manager for Brasserie de Luxembourg Mousel Diekirch. He started his carrer in various brewing and supply chain chain roles at Westerwalt Brauerei. Jens followed a MBA from Trier Universität and earned a diploma as Brewmaster from Kulmbach Universität.

Billy is a Director at his own spirits consultancy Will and Spirit Limited. He previously held several Senior and Executive roles during his forty year career in Diageo including Site Director at Cameronbridge distillery and Technology Director for Distillation and Maturation. He studied Chemistry and qualified from Kirkcaldy Technical College in Fife, Scotland and is a Fellow of The Institute of Brewing.

Frank is Managing Partner of proACT Solutions (consultants, entrepreneurs and investors), having served with ABInBev successively as Finance Director and Sales Director with the Western European and Germany business units. He was also Finance Director with CTS EVENTIM AG and with Nordmann Unternehmensgruppe . He holds a degree in Business Administration of University of Göttingen (Germany) and followed the General Management Programme at the Wharton School (USA).

Walter served as Chief Financial Officer of AtlasInvest (a single-family office and private equity fund), having worked as CFO with Innogenetics and served as Group Vice-President Finance & Administration at Amylum. He also worked with ABInBev as Group Vice-President Control and Director Finance & Administration Belgium, having started his career at Arthur Andersen. Walter earned a degree in business administration from the Free University of Brussels (VUB), and is a certified public accountant.

Philippe is the Founder and CEO of craft brewery Brasserie du Paradis. He served as Chief Operating Officer of StarBev and Continental Foods, both CVC Capital Partners investee companies, as CEO Western & Eastern Europe with Sopura, a family-owned global leader specialised in hygiene solutions for breweries and F&B companies, and as Chief Supply Officer for Molson Coors International, having led a 10+ years career with Interbrew and ABInBev in a variety of brewery management and supply chain roles in Europe and Asia. He earned a degree in Chemical Engineering (Agro Industries) from ULB (Belgium) and a Master in Brewing from Institut Meurice ( Brussels, Belgium).

Florian is co-Founder and Managing Director at Weins & Hoffmann GmbH, a consulting firm based in Hamburg, and serves as Geschäftsührer with Ratscherrn Brauerei (Hamburg, Germany), having led ABInBev Germany as Country Director and the operations of Compania Cervecera de Canarias as CEO. His other responsibilities at ABInBev included several roles as Head of Trade Marketing, National Key Account Manager Off Trade and Head of Tech Sales and Route-To-Market in France, Italy and Spain. He started is career with Bitburger Braugruppe GmbH. Florian followed Global Advanced Brand Management course at Kellogg School of Management (Evanston, USA) and is an Industrial Management Diplom-Kaufmann from European University of Applied Sciences (Hamburg), majoring in controlling and marketing.

Denis served as Chief Executive Officer of different Business Unit of Lactalis (UHT Milk for Europe, UHT Milk for France, Nutrition for France), focusing on supply chain and production excellence. He led the integration of several companies acquired by Lactalis in Spain and France. He graduated in Economy from Strasbourg University (France).

Régis is currently President of Ceyrac Advisory. He served as Managing Director (Marketing, Sales, Quality Management ) and Member of the Executive Committee of Lactalis and as non Executive Director of Bergerat Monnoyeur (Caterpilar France). He has been serving before with Procter & Gamble and Danone in the marketing and sales departments. Regis is Engineer in Agronomy.

Richard served as a Shareholder and General Manager for Deli Gourmet GmbH Austria, having worked as Chief Executive Officer of Bongrain Austria, Edelweiss GmbH (Germany) and Bongrain Eastern Europe - Balkans (Bongrain is now Savencia Group). Richard gratuated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d´Amiens (France).   

Bernard is a consultant who has worked for 40 years in the milk business, focusing on cheese, ingredients and butter, as R&D Director with Bongrain (now Savencia), Industrial Director with Paul-Renard, Rambol and LFO and as Managing Director with Armor-Protéines and Corman, having also worked for Sodiaal. Bernard is a graduate of INAPG and earned an Executive MBA from HEC (Paris).
